Facebook

Your Profile Photo:

Your profile photo is an important element that identifies who you are and represents what your brand is about, and for a higher resolution display, you’ll need 180 x 180 pixels.

A Facebook Cover Photo
Facebook cover photo is viewed when people visit your Facebook profile or page. We recommend your cover photo be displayed as 820 x 312 pixels.

Sharing A Story On Facebook:
 can be ideally insightful with a photo story that is at 1080 x 1920 pixels. Should you decide to share a Facebook link image, the best choice would be 1200 x 630 pixels.

To get more likes on your Facebook post try posting an image with 1200 x 630 pixels, and for a featured event go with a display that is 1920 x 1005 pixels.

If you are planning on forming a social group on Facebook, your group cover image should be displayed as 1920 x 1005 pixels. For a fancy Facebook highlighted photo a recommended 1200 x 717 pixels is advised.


Facebook Video Ad:

To get an impact on a Facebook video ad we recommend using 1080 x 1350 (ratio 4:5), at least 1080 x 1080 ratios. For a general video size, we suggest 1280 x 720 ratios. Lastly, if you looking to get your message across on Facebook messenger, we suggest an image ad at 1200 x 628 pixels.  

Instagram


Your Instagram Profile Image:

Your Instagram profile appears at 110 x 110 pixels, while your Instagram stories are at 1080 x 1920 pixels.

Instagram photos vary in shape and size. Square images are best at 1080 x 1080 pixels, Landscape 1080 x 566 pixels and Portrait 1080 x 1350 pixels. 

Feed Images:

Photo thumbnails appear on your feed as 161 x 161 pixels and Stories at 1080 x 1920 pixels and Instagram Reels appear as 1080 x 1920 pixels. 


Instagram Video Sizes:

Recommended Instagram video ratios: 1080 x 1080 (Square) 1080 x 567 (Landscape), 1080 x 1350 (portrait). 


Instagram IGTV Video Ratio:

Instagram IGTV video ratio is displayed as 1080 x 1920 and IGTV Cover photo as 420 x 654 pixels. 

The maximum length of an Instagram video is 60 seconds.


Carousel Ads:

For effective Carousel and post ads, we recommend the following: 1080 x 1080 (Square), 1080 x 566 (Landscape), 1080 x 1350 (Portrait). All these are also supported and can be a video or static image. 

Lastly, since Instagram has become a popular marketing platform, the following are the recommended ad sizes: 1080 x 566 (Landscape), 1080 x 1080 (Square).

LinkedIn

Personal Page:

LinkedIn profile photos are people’s first impression about you and the recommended photo size is 400 square pixels, whereas your background image would be at 1585 x 396 pixels. 


Shared Content Images:

When you share links to LinkedIn, a featured image also appears, and this image appears as 1200 x 627 pixels. 

The maximum length of a LinkedIn video is 10 minutes, and the video ratio is like 256 x 144 (Minimum) to 4096 x 2304 (Maximum).

For the best display of a LinkedIn post image, we recommend 1200 x 1200 (Square) and 1080 x 1350 (Portrait)

Company Pages:

The company cover image appears on the top section of the page and the recommended size is 300 x 300 pixels. 

The logo of your company appears at the upper left corner of your page and the suggested size for the logo is 300 square pixels. 

Banner images can only be seen when someone visits your company and the minimum size for this is 646 x 220 pixels. 

For the best results when sharing a story we recommend the LinkedIn story image size to be at 1080 x 1920 pixels and for blog posts 1200 x 1920 pixels.

Grasping an audience with LinkedIn Ads can be tricky, but with our suggested image ad logo size at 100 x 100 pixels this could bring more possibilities. 

In conclusion, our recommended life tab image size is at 1200 x 627 pixels and LinkedIn sponsored content image size is 1200 x 627 pixels.

Image Sizes:

If you plan to engage your customers with some compact images, we suggest the following: 

Medium Rectangle image: 300 x 250, Medium Rectangle: 300 x 250 and Small Square: 200 x 200 pixels.

For more epic marketing, these are our best suggestions: Large Rectangle: 336 x 280, Leader board: 728 x 90, Half page: 300 x 600, Large Mobile Banner: 320 x 100, Square: 250 x 250 and Desktop banner: 468 x 60 pixels.

Twitter image size for ads would appear as 800 x 418 (Conversation card) 800 x 800 (App card image), 800 x 418 (Website card), 800 x 800 (Carousels) and 800 x 418 (Direct Message card). The minimum Twitter card image size is: 120 x120

Twitter profile photo is a minimum of 400 square pixels and the recommended header photo size is 1500 x 500 pixels. 

Twitter Video Ad:
The recommended video ad size for Twitter should be displayed as 720 x 720 (square), 720 x 1280 (portrait), 1280 x 720 (landscape). The length of the video should be 12 seconds or less or 2 minutes and 20 seconds maximum. 


Twitter Video Thumbnail:

Twitter video Thumbnail Image should appear as 640 x 360 (Minimum), it should match the size of the video. 

Twitter Image Fleets 1080 x 1920 pixels. 

Finally, the best display for a Twitter post should be 1200 x 675 pixels and video ratio at 1280 x 1084.
